Thinking about a major renovation or new build? Read my latest article at American Farmhouse Style magazine about when to hire a contractor, designer, and architect. Find out who you really need and who you really don't, and how to decide. Wishing for the olden days of blog posts about a lot of these same topics? Don't worry, they're still there. Fall Update
Hi there! I hope you are enjoying this cozy fall season like we are...it was in the 90's just a few days ago, and now it's in the 50's in Tennessee. Hopefully this means the leaves will change color soon! Summer Visitors and a Decorating Tip

Plus some new customers and clients. It all turned out much better than expected (let's just say I ... View Post
The Countdown

I can't wait to post pictures of it (and our other projects), and hopefully meet you at our shop! Things have evolved in the past few months so much that it's hard to keep up! I would love to give you an ... View Post
What’s Hot for Spring

Today I saw buds on one of our trees and heard birdies chirping (before the rain sent them packing). It won't be long before we find out if the dogwood we planted last year survived the winter. Our beloved pink flowering tree died ... View Post
