We are Dave and Holly Thompson: once a husband-and-wife design and renovation team and now owners of Holly Thompson Homes, a design-oriented kitchen showroom. We’d be honored to “do” life with you–grab some coffee and join us!
Since 2007, Dave and I have worked together to design and renovate many spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes. Our own home is featured in American Farmhouse Style magazine, which includes our own kitchen renovation, two bathroom renovations, and a laundry room renovation. I am also a regular contributor to the magazine’s online content. I love many design styles in addition to farmhouse style, and design kitchens in styles from classic to modern and everything in between.
We also have three kids, three kitties, a frog, and a home that’s always undergoing new projects. We homeschool and involve our kids in all things design, construction, and treasure-hunting at flea markets and estate sales.
Fast-forward to today: you’ll find us in our kitchen/design showroom in historic downtown Franklin, TN as well as out and about at clients’ homes. Our showroom retail space is 200 years old and is full of 1800’s character. We do primarily cabinetry and kitchen design, but have all the “hardscape” things like countertops, bath fixtures, tile, flooring, wallpaper, and door hardware available to be accessed in one place. Come and visit us and shop local! We would love to meet you.
We are both ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) industry partners and were awarded with Best of Franklin 2019 in our category (kitchen remodels). We specialize in quality cabinetry and exceptional kitchen designs, as well as making your kitchen fit in beautifully with the rest of your home.
Follow our blog as we share tips and inspiration for making your house into a home you’ll love! Also, let me know if there is something you’re looking for or just dying to know about, and I’ll try and find it or include it in a future blog post.
We’re thrilled you’re here! Thanks for following along.
